Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Change of mind

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Item must be unused and in original packaging
• Return shipping is at the customer’s cost

Faulty or damaged items

• If something arrives faulty or damaged, we’ll sort it
• Contact us within 5 days with photos and your order number
• We’ll repair, replace, or refund — whatever makes sense
